The cobra-absent foundation layer: GPR helpers, elemental balance, parse and validation utilities; the model-manipulation ergonomic layer (add/remove/transport/transfer/merge/simplify/parameters/compartments); and the binary + data resolvers that fetch published BLAST/DIAMOND/HMMER tools and KEGG artefacts.
